Structured Existence is an emerging Humanist Philosophy owing to and building on the writings and/or teachings of Cicero, Montaigne, Shakespeare, Kant and Buddhist Spirituality as they now apply to a healthy, intellectual and happy life in the 21st Century.

Core and prioritized principles:

  • Dedicated, Nightly Deep Sleep (“Slow-Wave Sleep”) of 7 -8 Hours through “Regular Entrainment of the Human Circadian Clock to the Natural Light-Dark Cycle”

  • Rigorous, daily early morning exercise of a minimum duration of one-hour; examples include deep water/pool aerobics, brisk walk on hilly terrain or stairs, etc. followed by regimen of spine healthy upper body exercises (push-ups, sit-ups, planks, etc)
  • Nutritious breakfast within one-hour of workout
